少见的Warthin瘤样甲状腺乳头状癌并颈部淋巴结囊性转移1例

<正>患者女性,31岁,6个月前无意中发现左侧颈部肿物,6个月来肿物生长较迅速。查体:颈软,无抵抗,气管居中,甲状腺左叶可触及一枚大小3.0 cm×2.0 cm肿物,质韧,表面光滑,边界清楚,随吞咽上下活动好;左侧锁骨上可触及一枚大小1.5 cm×1.3 cm包块,质软囊性感,活动度尚可。彩超示甲状腺左叶可探及2枚低回声结节,大者约2.3×2.0 cm,小者0.7 cm×0.7 cm,结节内及周边见血流信号;右叶无著变。左颈部多个低回声结节及
