摘要

目的分析甲状腺手术患者实施术前系统护理的临床效果。方法选取2016年5月—2018年5月在我院行甲状腺手术的患者82例,采用随机数字表法分为2组,均41例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采取术前系统护理,比较2组患者心理状态与术后疼痛情况。结果观察组干预后SAS、SDS评分均较对照组低,术后疼痛程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺手术期间应用术前系统护理可改善患者心理状态,缓解术后疼痛。
        Objective To analyze the clinical application effect of preoperative systematic nursing in patients with thyroid surgery.Methods 82 patients with thyroid surgery in the hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 were selected, and they were divided into two groups by random number table, with 41 cases in each group. Control group was given routine nursing,while observation group was given preoperative systematic nursing based on control group. The mental state and postoperative pain were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention, the scores of SAS and SDS in observation group were lower than those in control group, while the postoperative pain of observation group was slighter than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Preoperative systematic nursing in patients with thyroid surgery can improve mental state and relieve postoperative pain.
