摘要
目的评价3种常用化学消毒剂对脂环酸芽孢杆菌芽孢的杀灭效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对3种化学消毒剂杀灭脂环酸芽孢杆菌芽孢的效果进行观察。结果有效氯浓度为5 000 mg/L的次氯酸钠作用30 min,对脂环酸芽孢杆菌芽孢的杀灭对数值为2. 94;二氧化氯浓度为40 mg/L作用1. 5 min,对脂环酸芽孢杆菌芽孢的杀灭对数值为> 5. 00;过氧化氢浓度为30 g/L作用15 min,对脂环酸芽孢杆菌芽孢的杀灭对数值为> 5. 00。结论本研究中的3种化学消毒剂,在设计条件下以二氧化氯杀灭脂环酸芽孢杆菌芽孢的效果最好。
        Objective To assess the germicidal effect of three common chemical disinfectants on Alicyclobacillus spp.spores. Methods Using the quantitative suspension germicidal test,the germicidal effects of three chemical disinfectants on Alicyclobacillus spp. spores were observed. Results The killing logarithm value for Alicyclobacillus spp. spores treated with sodium hypochlorite of 5 000 mg/L effective chlorine concentration for 30 min was 2. 94. The killing logarithm value was >5. 00 when the concentration of chlorine dioxide was 40 mg/L for 1. 5 min. The concentration of hydrogen peroxide was30 g/L for 15 min,and the killing logarithm value was > 5. 00. Conclusion Chlorine dioxide has the best germicidal effect of killing Alicyclobacillus spp. spores among the three chemical disinfectants in this study under the design conditions.
