摘要
采用三点弯曲疲劳试验和断口微观分析等方法对焊态(不做工艺处理)和焊后经不同处理的快捷货车焊接转向架的典型焊接接头疲劳性能进行研究。研究结果表明:全熔透T型接头焊态的疲劳强度为146.25 MPa,焊趾经打磨处理后接头的疲劳强度为165.75 MPa,焊趾经喷丸处理后接头的疲劳强度为180.45 MPa,焊趾经打磨+喷丸处理后接头的疲劳强度为203.75 MPa。通过焊后对焊趾进行打磨、喷丸以及打磨+喷丸处理,可有效改善接头焊趾部位的应力集中,并使焊趾处表面拉应力变为压应力,显著提高T型全熔透焊接接头的疲劳强度。
Three-point bending fatigue test and fracture micro-analysis are used to study the fatigue performance of typical welded j oints of bogie welding for railway express truck with different as-weldeds(without processing) and different postweld treatments. The results show that the fatigue strength of full penetration T-type welded joint is 146.25 MPa. The fatigue strength of the joint after the polishing of weld toe is 165.75 MPa. The fatigue strength of the joint after the shot blast of weld toe is 180.45 MPa. The fatigue strength of the joint after the polishing + shot blast is 203.75 MPa. Through polishing,shot blast and polishing + shot blast of the weld toe after welding,the stress concentration at the weld toe of the joint can be improved effectively,the surface tension stress at weld toe is changed into compression stress,and the fatigue strength of fully penetration T-type welded joints is improved significantly.
