摘要
目的将基于用户体验的设计理念与方法扩展到工业数控压力机的触摸式交互界面领域,以实际案例来验证用户体验理论,为工业数控的人机界面设计提供参考。方法以江苏兴锻的数控压力机触摸式交互界面为案例,采用用户访谈、实地观察、问卷调查等方法,对此数控压力机触摸式交互界面在方太车间的实际使用情况进行用户研究。从用户体验五要素出发对界面进行优化,并通过用户研究,分析系统战略层存在的问题。用Kano模型明确范围层,基于用户分类对结构层进行重塑,优化框架层的结构布局和信息层级,将表现层的内容规范化、可视化,最终进行形成性可用性测试后上线。结论区别于互联网产品"小步快跑,快速迭代"的模式,较多数控机床软界面的设计仍停留在满足基本功能的层面上,缺少以用户为中心的设计思维导入。本次设计实践在用户研究的基础上,重新构建数控压力机的触摸式交互界面,为同类工业控制界面的设计提供指导。
        The work aims to apply the design concept and method based on user experience into the field of industrial servo press touch-type interactive interface and to verify user experience theory with practical cases, in order to provide reference for the design of industrial servo human-computer interface. Taking Jiangsu CPTEK press touch-type interactive interface as an example, by means of user interview, field observation and questionnaire survey, etc., the user research on the actual use of the press touch-type interactive interface in Fangtai workshop was conducted. The interface was optimized based on the five elements of user experience, and the problems existing in the strategic layer of the system were analyzed through user research. The Kano model was used to define the scope layer, the structural layer was reshaped based on user classification, the structural layout and information level of the framework layer were optimized, the content of the visual presentation layer was standardized, and finally the formative usability test was carried out for production. Different from the mode of "minimum viable product" of Internet products, the design of many soft interfaces of industrial servo press machine tools is still at the level of satisfying basic functions and lacks the introduction of user-centered design thinking. On the basis of user research, the design practice reconstructs the touch-type interactive interface of industrial servo press to provide guidance for the design of similar industrial control interfaces.
