摘要
基于雷诺方程建立牛顿流体润滑条件下单一织构表面动压润滑理论模型,求解不同类型织构表面动压润滑性能,计算织构表面偏态和峰值,从偏态和峰值角度分析织构类型对动压润滑性能的影响;开展压裂泵模拟工况下柱塞-密封橡胶摩擦副单元摩擦学实验,研究不同织构类型对柱塞密封副摩擦磨损性能的影响。实验结果验证基于偏态和峰值分析织构类型对动压润滑性能影响的合理性。仿真结果表明,相同条件下,对于不同类型表面织构,表面偏态越小、峰值越大,其动压润滑性能越好;研究的3种织构中,圆形织构表面动压润滑性能最优,其次分别为椭圆织构表面和条形织构表面。与仿真结果类似,实验研究表明,圆形织构润滑减磨性能最优,其次为椭圆织构、条形织构。
        The hydrodynamic lubrication theoretical model of single textured surface based on Reynolds equation under the lubrication condition of Newtonian fluid was established,and finite difference method was used to study the hydrodynamic lubrication performance of different surface texturing. The skewness and kurtosis of textured surface were calculated,and the influence of texture type on hydrodynamic lubrication performance was analyzed based on the skewness and kurtosis of textured surface. The unit tribology experiment of the plunger-rubber seal pairs of fracturing pump was carried out to study the effect of texture type on tribological properties of textured surface. The experimental results verify the rationality of analyzing the influence of texture type on lubrication performance from the perspective of skewness and kurtosis. The simulation results show that under the same condition,for different types of surface texture,the smaller the skewness and the higher the kurtosis,the better the dynamic lubrication performance of textured surface. For the three kinds of texture studied,the circular textured surface has the best hydrodynamic lubrication performance,followed by ellipse textured surface and bar textured surface. Similar to the simulation results,the experimental results indicate that the circular textured surface has the best properties of friction reducing and antiwear,followed by ellipse textured surface and bar textured surface.
