摘要
某型号发动机附件传动装置在外场使用中常发生因齿轮齿面擦伤、花键磨损导致的发动机滑油光谱铁含量超标问题,文中通过附件传动装置的装配结构、齿轮的强度、材料、润滑形式等多方面进行齿轮齿面擦伤故障具体分析,对齿轮进行300 h工作寿命全负载状态强度校核计算,对装配过程零件受力进行有限元分析,通过制定有效措施降低产品故障率。
A certain type of engine accessory transmission often suffers from excessive iron content in the engine oil due to gear tooth surface abrasion and spline wear in the field. This paper analyzes the assembly structure of the gear tooth surface scratching fault to the attachment transmission, the strength of the gear, the material, the lubrication form, and calculates the strength of the gear for the full load state of the 300-hour working life. The finite element analysis of the parts of the assembly process is carried out, and effective measures are taken to reduce the product failure rate.
