摘要

简述P-5600泵轴承润滑方式存在的轴承损坏频繁、污染环境、更换润滑脂等问题,查找并分析了轴承损坏的原因,并提出了具体的改造措施。改造效果证明:轴承损坏次数少了,有效的延长了使用寿命,达到了预期的效果。
        This article briefly introduces the problems existing in the lubricating way of P-5600 Pump bearing, such as,frequent damage, environment pollution and replacement of lubricating grease. The reasons caused the bearing damage was surveyed and analyzed, then putting forward the detailed reconstruction countermeasures. The effects of reconstruction are as follows: the times of damage reduce and the service life is effectively extended with the expected effect reached.
