摘要
针对HX_D2C型电力机车撒砂和轮缘润滑系统接地引起机车微机柜断路器3跳断,造成机车紧急制动、受电弓降落及主断路器跳闸的故障,从撒砂和轮缘润滑系统组成及工作原理分析得出,由于电线线路冗长没有防护造成破损接地导致微机柜断路器3断开。提出将机车撒砂和轮缘润滑系统控制线路从微机柜断路器3上分离,改接到行灯断路器(QF-ML)上的改进措施。采取改进措施后,当撒砂和轮缘润滑系统发生接地故障时只会导致行灯断路器断开,而不会影响微机柜断路器3的正常工作,从而保证机车正常运行。
With a view to faults including tripping of circuit breaker 3 in the locomotive microcomputer cabinet,emer-gency braking of locomotive,pantograph dropping and tripping of main circuit breaker,etc. That are caused due to thegrounding of the sanding & wheel flange lubrication systems of HX_D2C locomotive,based on the composition and oper-ating principles of the systems,the article analyses and concludes that,circuit breaker 3 in the locomotive microcom-puter cabinet is disconnected due to the lengthy wire line and the damaged grounding that is not protected properly. Itproposes the improvement measure as to separate the control wiring of the sanding & wheel flange lubrication systemsfrom circuit breaker 3 in the locomotive microcomputer cabinet,then connect it to the bogie lamp circuit breaker(QF-ML). After having taken the improvement measure,when the sanding & wheel flange lubrication systems fail ingrounding,only the bogie lamp circuit breaker will be disconnected,without affecting the regular operation of circuitbreaker 3 in the locomotive microcomputer cabinet,thus guaranteeing the regular operation of locomotive.
