摘要
针对LLL型立式螺旋刮刀卸料离心机在选煤厂的使用过程中时常出现因缺油导致齿轮、轴承抱死的问题,分析发现润滑系统的摩擦驱动方式和尼龙齿轮连轴器的使用是导致离心机润滑系统失效的主要原因。通过对离心机润滑系统的动力和传动方式进行改进,解决了因润滑不足导致的问题。
In view of the LLL vertical screw scraper discharge centrifuge in the coal preparation plant, often because of lack of oil caused by gear, bearing clinging to the problem, It is found that the friction driving mode of lubrication system and the use of nylon gear coupler are the main reasons leading to the failure of the lubrication system of centrifuge. By improving the power and transmission mode of centrifugal lubrication system, the problem caused by insufficient lubrication is solved.
