摘要
本文对小型赛车发动机干式油底壳润滑系统进行优化设计,内容包括干式油底壳外形设计,机油罐结构设计和油气分离形式,干式机油泵的选型及各零件之间油管和AN接头的选择和布置。通过对赛车发动机干式油底壳润滑系统的优化设计,降低发动机安装高度,保证发动机极限工况的润滑效果,进而优化整车重心分配,提高赛车操控性。
This paper optimizes the design of dry sump lubrication system for small racing engines, including dry sump shape design,oil tank structure design and oil and gas separation form, dry oil pump selection and selection and arrangement of tubing and AN joints between parts. Through the optimized design of the racing engine dry sump lubrication system, the engine installation height is reduced, the lubrication effect of the engine limit working condition is ensured, and the center of gravity distribution of the vehicle is optimized to improve the handling of the car.
