他克莫司软膏联合润肤剂治疗儿童特应性皮炎疗效观察

<正>特应性皮炎(atopic dermatitis,AD)是一种常见的儿童皮肤疾病,表现为剧烈瘙痒、皮肤干燥和湿疹样变。流行病学显示AD发病率有明显升高的趋势,其发病机制尚未完全明了,目前仍无特效治疗方法,改善病情和预防复发是治疗的重点。近年来研究发现表皮屏障功能障碍是AD发生和发展的重要原因~([1])。因此,外用润肤剂修复皮肤屏障功能在AD的治疗中占重要地位。本研究旨在分析润肤剂对他克莫司软膏治疗儿童
