微创负压吸刮术治疗腋臭中的体会

摘要
目的微创负压吸刮术对治疗腋臭的体会。方法选取我院2011年1月-2019年4月进行双侧腋臭手术的177例患者为研究对象,利用腋下术区肿胀麻醉,促进腋下皮肤及皮下脂肪层的分离,利用微创负压搔刮的方式行腋臭手术。结果 175例患者术后皮瓣愈合良好,伤口一期愈合,术后半年呈白色细线状瘢痕,双侧腋下无异味,远期随访效果满意;术后2例发生一侧血肿;2例出现复发。结论双侧微创负压吸刮术对治疗腋臭,术后损伤小,恢复快,并发症少,手术效果好,患者满意度高。
Objective The experience of minimally invasive negative pressure and suction scraping in the treatment of armpit odor. Methods 177 patients with bilateral armpit odour surgery from January 2011 to April 2019 were selected as the subjects of the study. The use of underarm swelling anesthesia to promote the separation of underarm skin and subcutaneous adipose layer, and the use of minimally invasive negative pressure to scratch the method. Underarm odour surgery. Results 175 patients had good postoperative flap healing, wound healing in the first stage, white thin scar in half a year after operation, and no odor under bilateral armpits. The long-term follow-up effect was satisfactory. One hematoma occurred in 2 cases after operation. Two cases had relapses. Conclusion Bilateral minimally invasive negative pressure suction scraping for the treatment of armpit odor, small postoperative injury, rapid recovery, fewer complications, good surgical results, patient satisfaction.
