摘要
液态肥的使用提高了化肥的利用率,使农作物增产,还可减少环境污染。针对液态施肥机增速齿轮箱、曲柄摇杆机构及喷针等工作关键部件进行结构设计和强度校核,使机具的作业效果,满足中耕施肥时的农艺要求。
Application of liquid fertilizer increased the utilization of fertilizer in crop production,and also reduced environmental pollution. We discussed the key parts structure design for speed gear box of liquid fertilizer applicator,the crank rocker mechanism and spray needle and the strength check in order to meet the make the agronomic requirements of cultivation and fertilization.
