摘要
部分外包型钢混凝土是一种将H型钢外包在混凝土外侧的新型组合结构,通过对10根部分外包型钢混凝土试件在单调荷载下的标准推出试验,研究了试件在黏结滑移状态下的破坏形态、裂缝模式、荷载-滑移特性、型钢应变分布。试验结果表明:型钢锚固长度、横向配箍率、栓钉位置是影响黏结滑移性能的主要因素,其中,型钢锚固长度影响最小;当横向最小配箍率为0. 3%时,黏结滑移性能对总体黏结作用贡献最大;当栓钉布置于型钢腹板时,试件平均黏结强度提升46%,影响最为显著。
        Partially encased steel concrete members is a kind of the new composite structure that encase H-shaped steel on the outside of concrete. Through the standard push-out test of 10 partially encased steel reinforced concrete specimens under monotonic load,the failure mode of new composite structure in the bond-slip condition was researched pattern,as well as the sliding crack mode,load-ship characteristics and steel strain distribution. The test results showed that the three main factors,such as the length of the steel anchorage,the transverse reinforcement ratio and the position of the studs,had different influences on the bond-slip performance. Among them,the influence of the anchorage length of the section steel was the smallest,and when the minimum transverse reinforement ratio was 0. 3%,the bond-slip performance contributed the most to the overall bonding. When the studs were arranged in the steel webs,the average bond strength of the specimens was significantly increased by 46%,which affected the bondslip performance significantly.
