摘要
采用上海天坛助剂有限公司生产的9种亲水整理剂对聚丙烯(PP)纺黏非织造布进行表面亲水整理,并将其与2种知名品牌的亲水PP纺黏非织造布进行性能对比。结果表明:经3和9号亲水整理剂处理后,PP纺黏非织造布的亲水性能明显改善,除了液体吸收时间之外,其液体吸收量、液体穿透时间和返湿量指标均优于对比样品。
PP spunbonded nonwovens were treated with nine kinds of hydrophilic finishing agents prepared in Shanghai Tiantan Auxiliaries Co.,Ltd. The hydrophilic properties of the samples were measured and compared with those of two kinds of famous brand commercial products. The results show that No.3 and No.9 hydrophilic finishing agents can improve the hydrophilic properties of PP spunbonded nonwovens significantly. Except for the liquid absorption time,the liquid absorptive capacity,liquid penetration time and wetback capacity are better than those of two contrast samples.
