摘要
对面密度为38 g/m~2的纯棉水刺非织造材料分别进行单面和双面拒水整理,单面拒水整理采用喷雾器向上喷涂的方式,双面拒水整理采用一浸一轧方式。通过扫描电子显微镜表征以及透气性、接触角和纸尿裤面层性能测试,对经过单双面拒水整理的材料进行对比研究,并探究网孔大小对纸尿裤面层性能的影响。结果表明:单面喷雾拒水整理材料的透气性、滑移量、返湿量、液体穿透时间优于双面浸渍拒水整理材料,单面喷雾拒水整理的最佳时间为20 s;在喷雾整理过程中,应该选用合适的网孔大小以达到最佳的使用效果。
        The 38 g/m~2 pure cotton spunlace nonwoven fabric was subjected to one-side and doubleside water-repellent finishing by using a sprayer for single-side water-repellent finishing,and one-dipone-rolling way for double-side water-repellent finishing. Scanning electron microscopy characterization,gas permeability test,contact angle test,and diaper surface performance test were used to compare the properties of single-side and double-side materials,and explore the effect of mesh sizes on the performance of the diaper. The results show that the air permeability,slip amount,moisture return and liquid penetration time of single-side spray water-repellent finishing are better than those of double-side impregnation water-repellent finishing. The optimal time for single-side one is 20 s. In the process of spray finishing,the appropriate mesh size should be selected to achieve the best effect.
