摘要

研究了马来酸酐官能化液体聚丁二烯(M75)助剂对高填充硅酮密封胶性能的影响,结果表明:M75助剂能显著改善硅酮密封胶的触变性,提高其扯断伸长率,并降低其硬度及100%定伸模量,对硅酮密封胶的提档升级、降低制造成本都有积极作用。
        The article studies influences of maleic anhydride grated liquid polybutadiene additive(M75)of performances of highly filling silicone sealant. Results show M75 additive can greatly improve the sealant's thixotropy and elongation at break,reduce its hardness and set stretch modulus at 100%. It has positive effects on upgrading the sealant and reducing the manufacturing cost.
