摘要
以栽培料中不添加海藻渣的食用菌为对照,分别将海藻渣以3%、6%、9%和12%的比例与其它栽培料混合拌匀,灭菌,接种后培养,用控制变量的方法控制实验参数,观察5种不同比例配方下的食用菌菌丝和子实体的生长情况。实验结果表明:海藻渣能缩短平菇、杏鲍菇菌丝的生长周期,对子实体的产量也有一定影响,在干料质量为50 g的情况下,加入3%、6%的海藻渣对食用菌的增产和早熟作用最明显,其中,每500 g含3%海藻渣的干料的平菇产量为147.4 g,比对照组增产25%左右。
Taking edible fungi without seaweed residuein culture materials were used ascontrol,the seaweed residue mixed with other culture materials in the proportion of 3%, 6%, 9% and 12% respectively, sterilized and cultured after inoculation. The experimental parameters were controlled by controlling variables, and the growth of edible fungi on mycelia and fruiting bodies was observed under five different proportion formulas. The results showed that the addition of seaweed residue could shorten the mycelial growth cycle of Pleurotus ostreatus and Pleurotus eryngii to a certain extent, had a certain effect on the fruit body yield. Under the condition of dry material quality of 50 g, the seaweed residue containing 3%and 6% had the most obvious effect on increasing the yield and precocity of edible fungi. Among them, the yield of Pleurotus ostreatus containing 3% seaweed residue reached 73.7 g, which was nearly 25% higher than the control group.
