摘要
基于飞机仪表盘薄壁件的零件图样,分析了仪表盘的结构,确定仪表盘的加工内容与精度要求,设计了仪表盘的加工工艺路线,选用合适的毛坯、刀具、夹具,规划出刀具加工轨迹,编制仪表盘的五轴加工程序,完成了仪表盘加工,阐述了薄壁件零件的一般加工过程。
Based on the parts of the thin-walled parts of the aircraft instrument panel, this paper analyzes the structure of the instrument panel, determines the processing items and precision requirements of the instrument panel, designs the processing sequence of the instrument panel, selects the appropriate blanks, tools, fixtures, and plans. The tool processing trajectory is prepared, the five-axis machining program of the instrument panel is programmed, the instrument panel processing is completed, and the general processing process of the thin-walled parts is explained.
