摘要
设计了一种新型的液力变速器,结合了径向柱塞式变量泵、液压马达和液力变矩器的一些优点,将变量泵和变量马达进行有效地简化、变形和集成。缩短了油路长度,减少了截面变化的节流口数量,有效地减少了液压能量的沿程损失。通过调节液压油的排量大小,能够在较大范围内调节转速比变化,并且在极低的转速下也可以正常工作。基于AMESim软件,仿真分析了变速器中单个柱塞结构在各个运动状态下的液力特性,验证了新型变速机构的合理性。
This paper designed a hydraulic transmission model, which combines the advantages of radial piston variable pump, hydraulic motor and hydraulic torque converter, so that variable pump and variable displacement motor can be effectively simplified,deformed and integrated.The length of the oil path is shortened, the number of the orifice of the cross section is reduced, and the loss of the hydraulic energy is effectively reduced.By adjusting the size of the displacement of hydraulic oil, speed ratio can be adjusted in a large range, and this model can work at very low speed.Based on the AMESim software, the hydraulic characteristics of a single piston structure in the transmission are simulated and analyzed,and the rationality of the new transmission mechanism is verified.
