摘要
根据8.8 m采高工作面的地质特点,研究工作面自动化超前自移支架。通过支架参数可视化模拟试验仿真分析,优化支架四连杆曲线,改善支架受力状态,研究支架纵向和横向稳定影响因素,提高支架的可靠性。解决8.8 m综采工作超高顺槽出口处的超前支护机械化问题,简化支护程序,减轻工人劳动强度,降低支架对顶板的反复支撑破坏,提高生产效率,增强煤矿生产安全性,达到综采工作面高产、高效的目的。
        According to the geological characteristics of the 8.8 m high working face, the automatic self-moving support for the working face was studied. Through the simulation analysis of the bracket parameters visual simulation test, optimized the four-link curve of the bracket, improved the stress state of the bracket, studied the factors affecting the longitudinal and lateral stability of the bracket, and improved the reliability of the bracket. Solve the problem of advanced mechanized support at the exit of the 8.8 m fully mechanized mining work, simplify the support procedure, reduce the labor intensity of the workers, reduce the repeated support damage of the bracket to the roof, improve the production efficiency, and enhance the safety of coal mine production. The purpose of high productivity and high efficiency of the working face is achieved.
