摘要
现今市场,客户的个性化定制需求日益增长,采用产品平台进行产品开发是满足大批量定制需求的重要方法。从分析产品客户需求出发,首先确定核心客户需求,然后应用质量功能展开(QFD)方法将核心客户需求映射为产品物理结构部件。依据物理结构部件特征的相似性分析,确定通用部件,构建出通用化对象的特征矩阵,运用自组织神经网络(SOM)算法对特征矩阵进行计算,可以得到满足不同产品的产品平台通用部件,并以此为基础构建了产品平台。最后以自行车为例,验证了该方法的有效性。
        The demands for customization are increasing in today's market. It is important to satisfy the demands of mass customization by using the product platform to develop the products. It analyzes the demands of product customers to determine the core customer demands. Then quality function deployment(QFD)is used to map the core customer demands to the physical structures of product. According to the similarity analysis of part characteristics,the universal components are determined to build a characteristic matrix. The SOM algorithm is used to calculate the characteristic matrix to obtain the commonality components satisfied different product. Based on this,the product platform is constructed. Finally,a bicycle is used to verify the effectiveness of the method.
