摘要
针对华晋公司明珠矿所使用的ZY4800/20/40型掩护式液压支架在工作面存在的"栽头"现象及行人安全问题进行了深入分析和计算,并针对具体问题制定了改造方案。改造后,在保证主要参数不变的提提下,改善了支架受力状况,解决了液压支架"头重脚轻"的缺陷,加强了支架对煤壁的防护能力,提高了支架的适应性,实现了煤矿安全生产。
Deeply analyzes and calculates the fell down phenomenon and pedestrian safety problems of ZY4800 /20 /40 type hydraulic shield support that used in Huajin company Mingzhu coal mine,and enacts retrofit scheme to contrapose the specific problem.After improvement,on the premise of guarantee the main parameters constant,improves the stress state of support,solves the top-heavy defect of hydraulic support,enhances the protective capability of support to coal wall,improves theadaptability of support,realizes the coal mine safety production.
