摘要
为了选择适合布尔台煤矿42煤煤层开采条件的工作面放顶煤液压支架,实现矿井安全高效生产,在布尔台矿42103综放工作面ZFY12500/25/39型放顶煤支架应用经验及矿压观测资料基础上,分析该矿42103工作面直接顶初次垮落、基本顶初次来压、基本顶周期来压及非周期来压时支架受力状况,针对该工作面支架额定工作阻力不足及所用支架存在的问题进行研究,发现工作面选用ZFY18000/25/39液压支架对布尔台煤矿42煤层开采条件具有较好的适用性。
        In order to select suitable for Buertai 42 coal mining conditions of coal seam working face of coal caving hydraulic support,realize the mine safety and efficient production,in 42103 fully mechanized coal face in Boolean mine ZFY12500 /25 /39 type caving support application experience and mine pressure observation data,based on the analysis of the mine first caving,the direct roof of 42103 face first to basic roof pressure,and the basic roof periodic cycle of support force,the insufficient rated for the working face support working resistance and the problems of the stent,found that face choose ZFY18000 /25 /39 hydraulic support for Boolean stage coal mining and mining conditions of coal seam has good applicability.
