摘要
为选择适合晋城矿区15号煤层开采条件的工作面液压支架,实现矿井安全高效生产,在王台铺矿15号煤层ZZ6000/17/32型支架应用经验及矿压观测资料基础上,分析该矿2306工作面直接顶初次垮落、基本顶初次来压、基本顶周期来压及非周期来压时支架受力状况,针对该工作面支架额定工作阻力不足及所用支架存在的问题进行研究,发现工作面选用ZY10000/16/32D型两柱掩护式液压支架对该矿区15号煤层开采条件具有较好的适应性。
        In order to select a hydraulic powered support suitable for mining conditions of the coal mining face in No.15 seam of Jincheng Mining Area and to realize the mine high production and high efficiency,based on the application experiences of the ZZ6000/17/32 mode hydraulic powered support applied in No.15 seam mining of Wangtaipu Mine and the mine strata pressure observation information,the powered support stressed conditions in No.2306 coal mining face of the mine were studied when the immediate roof initially fell down,the main roof initially pressurized,the main roof pressurized periodically and pressurized non-periodically.A study and analysis on the insufficient rated working resistances of the support in the coal mining face and the problems existed in the powered support were conducted.The results showed that the ZY10000/16/32D mode two legs shield powered support selected for the coal mining face would have good suitability to the mining conditions of No.15 seam in the mining area.
