摘要
节流槽在高液位控制阀实现液位控制功能时起到提高流量和压力控制精度的重要作用,为研究节流槽的流场在开关过程流量、压力的变化规律,掌握节流槽启闭的流量特性和稳态液动力规律,该文通过运用Solidworks软件建模,利用Fluent软件建立标准k-ε湍流模型对节流槽的流场进行了仿真,研究了流体流向为正方向和反方向时的节流槽流场。根据仿真数据,分析了不同切割角的圆缺型节流槽的流量与开度、压力的关系,为节流槽的设计和优化提供了理论依据。
Throttling groove plays an important role in improving the level of flow and pressure control when the liquid level control function is realized, In order to study the flow grooves and master grooves flow and steady flow force of law, This article through the use of solidworks software, using Fluent software to establish the standard turbulence model of throttling groove flow simulation, study on the fluid flow throttling groove flow field as the positive and reverse direction. According to the simulation data, analysis of the relationship between the different cutting angle of segmental type grooves flow and opening pressure and provide a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of grooves.
