摘要
为了满足工业化液态食品处理对超高压设备的处理容量和效率的要求,设计了一种用于液态食品的加工设备,并阐述了其设计要求、工作原理、工作过程和主要部件。设计结果为大型工业化超高压灭菌加工设备的设计提供了参考。
In order to reach the industrial liquid food processing capacity and efficiency requirements of high hydrostatic pressure equipment,the design principle of liquid food processing high hydrostatic pressure equipment is introduced.And expound its design requirements,working principle,working process and main components.The design results for large industrial design provides reference sterilization of high hydrostatic pressure equipment.
