摘要
近年来我国进入了一个突发性水污染形势非常严峻的时期。对突发水污染事故的风险评价,应急管理的现状以及存在的问题等进行了研究。目前我国针对突发性水污染事故的风险研究资料并不完善,多数突发水污染事故概率预测论述都是借鉴一些成熟的运用以及相关的风险预测方法,针对特发性水污染事故的后果评估则主要是应用数理模拟以及相关的指标来完成,而针对突发性水污染事故的应急预警系统还有待逐步的提升。
        In recent years, China has entered a very severe period of sudden water pollution. In view of this, this paper studies the risk assessment of sudden water pollution accidents, the status quo of emergency management and the existing problems. At present, the risk research data of sudden water pollution accidents in our country are not perfect, and most of the discussion on the probability prediction of sudden water pollution accidents also draw lessons from some mature application and related risk prediction methods, while the consequence evaluation of sudden water pollution accidents is mainly based on mathematical simulation and related indicators, while for sudden water pollution incidents. Therefore, the emergency early warning system needs to be improved step by step.
