摘要
针对准北1井地质状况复杂,施工中钻井液技术难度大,优选了聚胺磺化封堵防塌钻井液体系。配合施工工艺,聚胺磺化封堵防塌钻井液体系在准北1井进行现场应用,全井施工顺利,岩心收获率为98.24%,井身质量良好。全井平均机械钻速为3.42 m/h,实现了优快钻井的目的。
In consideration of the complex geological condition and huge technical difficulty in using drilling fluid at Zhunbei 1 Well,a sulfonated polyamine plugging and anti-collapse drilling fluid system was selected through optimization. This sulfonated polyamine plugging and anti-collapse drilling fluid system was put into field application during the construction process. The construction of well was successful with the core recovery being 98. 24%,and wellbore quality was good as well. The average rate of penetration down through the entire well was 3. 42 m/h,and the safe and fast drilling objective was achieved.
