摘要
井下电视是一种利用摄像头获取油气井井下视频图像的可见光成像测井设备。在井下电视测井中,井下仪下放深度的测量对故障位置的确定和后期的修井作业至关重要。基于此,本文基于STM32设计了一种深度测量系统,其中利用STM32的内部定时器的编码器接口模式处理了来自增量式编码器的深度脉冲信号,在一种Videolog井下电视上的应用显示,该深度测量系统深度信息准确可靠。
Downhole TV is a visible light imaging logging device that uses a camera to acquire downhole video images of oil and gas wells. In downhole TV logging, the measurement of the depth of the downhole instrument is critical to the determination of the location of the fault and the subsequent workover operations. Based on this, this paper designs a depth measurement system based on STM32, in which the depth pulse signal from the incremental encoder is processed by the encoder interface mode of the internal timer of STM32. The application on a Videolog downhole TV shows that the depth measurement system depth information is accurate and reliable.
