摘要
为了提高深沟球轴承轴的承载能力,提出了一种基于力矩反馈补偿调节的深沟球轴承轴向承载能力控制技术。首先构建轴承轴向承载控制的力学约束参量模型,然后采用Lyapunove反演积分方法进行稳态误差修正,并在承载能力控制律的后置单元中引入积分项进行力矩反馈补偿,最后结合自适应加权方法实现控制律的自主调节优化,完成控制技术改进设计。仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行轴承轴向承载控制的稳定性较好,提高了轴承的承载自主调节能力,控制输出具有较好的鲁棒性。
        It introduces the optimal control method of bearing capacity of deep groove ball bearing shaft,presents a control technology of axial bearing load capacity based on torque feedback compensation regulation,builds the mechanical constraint parameter model of bearing axial load control. Based on Lyapunove inverse integral method,it uses the integral term into the post-unit of the load-bearing control law for torque feedback compensation,realizes the steady-state error correction. It applies the adaptive weighting method to realize the autonomous regulation optimization of the control law,and improves the design of the control technology. The simulation results show that the stability of bearing axial bearing control is better and the method improves the bearing independence and adjust ability,control output has good robustness.
