摘要

针对上海市道路交通运行存在的短板问题,通过与国际同类城市对标并借鉴路权分配相关经验,提出生态修复、城市修补背景下上海市道路交通补短板的思路、目标、对策与手段,并进行了实施方案案例研究。
        By analyzing the road traffic short board problems in Shanghai,comparing with other similar cities in the world and drawing lessons from the experience of road rights allocation,the idea,target,countermeasure and means of making up the shortage is put forward.Under the background of ecological restoration and urban repair.The case study of implementation plan is proposed.
