摘要
本文针对常规水电施工的技术支撑部分,从最基层施工安全管理方面,谈一点双重防控机制在实际中的运用;更为科学地表明分值以便判定控制级别,经过笔者较为慎重的思索,在以往风险评价的基础上创新性的加入修正系数,以便得出最终的危险值分数。
Aimed at the technical support part of conventional hydropower construction, this paper discusses the application of the dual prevention and control mechanism in practice from the aspect of the most basic construction safety management and more scientifically indicates the score to judge the control level. After the author innovatively adds correction factors based on previous risk assessments to arrive at the final risk value score.
