基于天棚阻尼二系悬挂系统的半主动控制策略研究

摘要
针对半主动悬挂方式下的二系悬挂系统,采用合理的半主动控制策略,使列车在高速运行过程中保证乘客乘坐的舒适度及安全性是十分必要的。文章基于两种典型的天棚阻尼二系悬挂系统控制策略,采用SIMULINK和SIMPACK联合仿真,得出开关控制策略在提高列车运行舒适度和平稳性更具优势,但连续控制策略阻尼系数连续变化,在隔振效果方面更具优势。
        For the secondary suspension system under the semi-active suspension mode, it is very necessary to adopt a reasonable semi-active control strategy to ensure the comfort and safety of passengers in the process of high-speed operation. Based on two typical control strategies of ceiling damping secondary suspension system, the joint simulation of SIMULINK and SIMPACK shows that the switching control strategy has more advantages in improving the comfort and stability of train operation, but the damping coefficient of continuous control strategy changes continuously. It has more advantages in vibration isolation effect.
