摘要
为探索经济有效的生物炭成型工艺,文章以胶黏剂种类、胶黏剂添加量、生物炭种类和原料含水量为试验因素,采用高位热值、密度、径向最大抗压应力、抗跌落强度作为评价指标开展正交试验。试验结果表明:以稻壳炭为原料,添加羟甲基纤维素,加水调制后胶黏剂含量为1.0%,原料含水量为30%时,成型炭的抗跌落强度和径向最大抗压应力最大,成型效果最好;从经济性考虑,以稻壳炭为原料,添加糯米粉、加水调制后胶黏剂含量为1.0%、原料含水量为30%为最优方案。
In order to explore economical and effective biochar molding process, the orthogonal design experiment in this paper was designed. The rice husk biochar, cotton biochar, and apple tree prune sawdust biochar were used as materials. The effects of types of biochar, adhesive species, contents of adhesive and the amount of water on the density, the maximum radial compressive stress, ant-drop strength of biochar bar briquette was studied. The results shows that considering the anti-dropping strength and the maximum radial compressive stress, the optimum technological parameters were as follows: The rice husk biochar was used, carboxymethyl cellulose was added, the adhesive content was 1%, and water content was 30%. Considering the economy, optimal solution as follows: Rice husk biochar was used, glutinous rice powder was1%, and water content was 30%.
