摘要
针对核燃料后处理用全逆流混合澄清槽,提出了一种基于PROFIBUS DP现场总线和基金会现场总线(FF)的全总线式测控方法。给出了智能仪表选型方案和基于吹气装置的非接触式放射性参数测量方案;采用DeltaV系统设计了全总线控制系统,给出了PROFIBUS DP和FF总线的集成方案;分析了空气提升系统的特点,研究了前馈-反馈控制规律(FFC-FBC)并将其应用于恒液位的维持上,改进了原方案。
In view of the complete counter current mixer-settlerfor nuclear fuel reused,a whole Fieldbus measurement and control method based on PROFIBUS DP and FF Fieldbus is proposed.The selection type method of intelligent instrument and noncontact radiation measurement technique based on Air Blowing Device are given.A whole Fieldbus Control System is designed based on DeltaV system,and the integration method is given.Air Lift System and FFC-FBS control law are researched to maintain the level,which improves the original plan.
