摘要
以凯威特K8型单层球面网壳为研究对象,选用高大空间火灾空气温升曲线模拟3种火灾场景下结构的非均匀温度场,利用有限元软件ANSYS对结构进行火灾全过程分析,得出结构在火灾作用下的位移特征、内力变化、极限荷载和失稳模态,阐明不同结构参数(荷载比、矢跨比、跨度)对耐火时间和极限位移的影响。根据结构在火灾高温下的最不利情况和破坏形式,结合双层球面网壳的抗火优势,采用性能化防火设计方法,得到单层球面网壳结构防火改进的一般规律,达到延长结构的耐火时间,提高结构在火灾高温下弹塑性极限承载力的目的。
        A full-range analysis of K8 single-layer spherical latticed dome was carried out by ANSYS at elevated temperature obtained through taking temperature-rising curve in the large space fire to simulate non-uniform temperature field of three fire situations. The displacement characteristic, stress change, ultimate load and buckling mode of the structure in the fire were obtained, clarifying the influence of different structural parameters(load ratios,rise-span ratio, span) on the fire-resistant time and ultimate displacement. According to the most unfavorable situation and the damage form of the structure under the fire, combined with the fire resistance of double-layer spherical latticed dome, the general fire resistance improvement rule of single layer spherical latticed dome is obtained by the performance-based fire safety design to improve the fire-resisting period and elasto-plastic stability under the fire.
