摘要
曳引轮是电梯中直接传动钢丝绳的部件,其状态的好坏直接影响着电梯运行的平稳性,在安装、使用、维护保养中存在着一些不恰当的做法,造成绳槽的不均匀磨损,影响曳引轮的寿命。本文通过CATIA软件首先对一种电梯曳引轮建模,然后进行有限元分析,模拟了各绳槽在比压不同时表面应力的分布情况,证实了钢丝绳张力不一是造成曳引轮的不均匀磨损的重要原因。
The traction wheel is a component which drives elevator wire ropes directly, its state directly affects the stability of the operation of the elevator, there are some inappropriate practices in the installation 、use and maintenance, these will cause uneven abrasion of the rope grooves,affect the life of traction wheel. In this paper, a kind of elevator traction wheel is modeled by CATIA software, and then the finite element analysis is carried out to simulate the distribution of surface stress of the rope groove at different specific pressure. It is confirmed that the different tension of wire rope is the important reason for the uneven abrasion of the traction wheel.
