摘要
此试验以象草为青贮原料,分为对照组、尿素处理组、豆粕处理组和全混合组,研究采用不同的物料和物料添加水平对象草青贮品质的影响。结果表明:豆粕处理组感官评价高于其它组,但组间差异不显著(P>0.05);乙酸含量以全混合组最高,差异显著(P<0.05),丙酸和丁酸均未检测到;各组营养成分平均隶属函数值结果显示尿素处理组优于其它处理组,其中以对照组结果最低。在该试验中,以尿素处理组青贮品质最好。
        In this experiment,Pennisetum purpureum schum was used as silage raw material and divided into control group, urea treatment group, soybean meal treatment group and mixed group to study the effects of different treatments on silage quality. The results showed that the sensory evaluation of the soybean meal treatment group was higher than other groups, but the difference between each group was not significant(P>0.05). The content of acetic acid in the mixed group was the highest and the difference was significant(P<0.05), propionic acid and butyric acid were not detected; the average membership function values of nutritional components in each group showed that the urea treatment group was superior to other treatment groups, and the control group was the lowest. In this test, the urea treatment group has the best quality of silage.
