山长与书院讲学

摘要
书院是我国古代教育的重地,山长作为书院的领军人物,对于书院的建设与发展做出了不可磨灭的贡献。山长身兼多职,讲学是山长的主要职责,本文将分两大部分对山长与书院讲学进行论述,第一部分为山长讲学的主要形式,分别为山长自主授课、会讲还有讲会;第二部分为山长的讲学内容,从宋代开始一直到清末改制,山长的讲学内容多次发生改变。通过论述旨在彰显山长在书院讲学所带来的影响以及其在书院建设中的重要地位。
Academies are important places of ancient education in China. As a leading figure of a academy,Shan Zhang makes indelible contributions to the construction and development of a academy. Shan Zhang has many roles,while giving lecture is the main responsibility of "Shan Zhang". This paper will discuss Shan Zhang and academy lecturing in two parts. The first part is the chief forms of Shan Zhang lecturing,including giving lecture by himself,giving lecture with others,and academy forum;the second part is the contents in Shan Zhang's lecture, the lecture contents changed many times from the Song Dynasty to the reform at the end of the Qing Dynasty. This paper aims to highlight the influence of Shan Zhang lecturing in the academy and his important role in the academy construction.
