Objective:To study and analyze the response significance of early Down's screening related blood indexes for the pregnancy outcome.Method:8 800 pregnant women during the time of October 2016 to September 2018 were selected as the study objects. The Down's screening related blood indexes(serum AFP,β-hCG and uE3)were measured. The pregnancy outcome of pregnant women with different detection results of AFP,β-hCG and uE3 were compared, the relationship between serum AFP,β-hCG and uE3 and pregnancy outcome were analyzed with multivariate Logistic regression analysis.Result:The pregnancy abnormality rate and fetal abnormality rate of pregnant women with abnormal serum AFP,β-hCG and uE3 were higher than those of pregnant women with normal test results, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed the serum AFP,β-hCG and uE3 all had close relationship to the pregnancy outcome. Conclusion:The early Down's screening related blood indexes have higher significance in response to pregnancy outcome and have higher clinical detection value.
