摘要
在介绍WJ-3型地下柴油铲运机工业试验样机的传动系统布置方式和双变工作原理的基础上,为进一步优化产品结构,减少故障率,提高液力传动的稳定性,延长元件的使用寿命,结合样机在使用过程中出现的制动压力不足、工作机构无力、密封损坏、系统过热等现象,分析故障产生的根本原因是双变油温过高,再从组成双变系统各个元件和必要条件出发,逐个进行故障诊断排查,发现导致双变油温过高的根本原因是依靠变矩器到变速箱贮油槽的重力回油管回油不畅,传动油得不到充分冷却。通过在变矩器和变矩器贮油槽构成的回路中增加一个排油清扫泵进行强制循环,以达到充分冷却传动油的目的。优化后,增强了双变系统的散热效果,明显降低了故障率,大大改善了整机传动的工作性能。
        Based on the analysis of drive system layout and torque converter and gearbox working principal of industrial test prototype of WJ-3 type underground diesel scraper, in order to optimize product structure, reduce failure rate, improve the stability of hydrodynamic drive and extend the service life of components, combing with the existing problems of insufficient brake pressure, weak working mechanism, seal damage and system overheating existed in the operation of test prototype of WJ-3 type underground diesel scraper, the analysis results show that oil temperature of torque converter and gearbox hydraulic system is too high, which is root cause of the above failures. From the aspects of the components of torque converter and gearbox hydraulic system and necessary conditions, fault diagnosis and troubleshooting one by one are conducted, it is show that the oil return of gravity return tubing from torque converter to gearbox is not smooth, which caused the drive oil can not be sufficiently cooled, it is further indicated that it is the fundamental cause of excessive oil temperature. Through the installation of a drain sweeper pump in oil return between torque converter and its oil cistern, so as to cool the drive oil as soon as possible. After the above optimization, the cooling effect of torque converter and gearbox hydraulic system is improved, failure rate is decreased sharply, the working performance of the whole machine is improved significantly.
