增粘树脂对湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶性能的影响

摘要
针对湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶,考察增粘树脂中松香树脂、萜烯树脂和萜烯酚醛树脂的加入对湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶初粘强度、终粘强度、熔融粘度、开放时间等性能的影响。结果表明,萜烯酚醛树脂作为增粘树脂所得的湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶熔融粘度低,粘结强度大,热稳定性高,增粘效果显著。
        Effects of tackifying resin such as rosin resin, terpene resin and terpene addition on moisture curing polyurethane hot melt adhesive were studied such as initial bonding strength, final strength, melting viscosity and opening time performance influence. The results showed that the moisture curing polyurethane hot melt adhesive prepared by the terpene phenolic resin as tackifying resin had low melt viscosity, good adhesive strength and high hermal stability. And the viscosity capability of that hot melt adhesive was better.
