摘要
目的:优选出王不留行的最佳炮制工艺。方法:测定王不留行不同炮制品的爆花率,通过高效液相色谱法,以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,以甲醇为流动相A,0.3%磷酸溶液为流动相B,测定不同炮制品黄酮苷的含量,优选出王不留行最佳炮制工艺。结果:清炒法中火爆花率高,砂炒法中武火爆花率高。对比两组爆花率高的王不留行,清炒法的爆花率高,但是砂炒法完全爆花率高且减少一半炒制时间。两组质量对比中,黄酮苷:砂炒法中武火>清炒法中武火,水分:砂炒法中武火>清炒法中武火,浸出物:砂炒法中武火>清炒法中武火。结论:砂炒法中武火为最佳炮制工艺。
        Objective:To optimize the processing technology of Vaccariae.Methods:We measured different popcorn rates of Vaccariae processed products were measured by HPLC,with octadecylsilane bonded silica as a filler and regard methanol as mobile phase A,0.3% phosphoric acid solution as mobile phase B to obtain flavonoid glycoside content determination of different processed products,in the end,the best processing technology of Vaccaria was selected.Results:Fried method popcorn rate and sand fried hot martial popcorn rate was high.Compared to the latter,fried method popcorn rate was high,but sand fried hot martial popcorn rate were high and it can reduce in the half of the frying time.In quality comparison of the two groups,flavonoid glycosides:fried sand Wuhuo Law>fried high heat Law,moisture:fried sand method Wuhuo>fried high heat Law,extract:fried sand Wuhuo Law>fried high heat Law.Conclusion:Fried sand was the best method in high heat processing technology.
