品管圈模式对提高手术室器械清点率及减少差错发生率的影响

摘要
目的:分析实施品管圈模式提高手术室器械清点率及减少差错的情况。方法:选取笔者所在医院手术室2016年3-8月开展品管圈模式收治的112例患者设为品管圈组,另选取2015年10月-2016年2月未开展品管圈模式收治的136例患者设为常规组,分析两组器械清点符合率和差错发生率。结果:品管圈组器械清点符合率99.11%,显著高于常规组的94.12%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),品管圈组器械差错发生率1.79%,显著低于常规组的8.09%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过对手术治疗患者实施品管圈模式,不仅能降低差错发生率,还能提高器械清点符合率,保障患者生命安全,值得推广和应用。
Objective:To analyze the implementation of quality control circle mode for improving the operating equipment inventory rate and reducing the error situation.Method:One hundred and twenty-one patients undergoing QC management in our operating room from March to August of 2016 in our hospital were selected as QC group,and another 136 patients who did not undergo QCRT from October 2015 to February 2016 were selected.Cases were set as routine groups,and the rate of coincidence of the two sets of equipment inventory and the incidence of errors were analyzed.Result:The coincidence rate of instrument inventory in quality control group was 99.11%,which was significantly higher than that in conventional group(94.12%).The difference was significant(P<0.05).The rate of device error in the QC group(1.79%) was significantly lower than that of the routine group(8.09%).The difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through the implementation of quality control circle mode for patients undergoing surgical treatment,not only can reduce the incidence of errors,but also improve the compliance rate of the device inventory and ensure the safety of patients' lives.It is worthy of promotion and application.
