摘要
魔芋软腐病严重影响着魔芋的生长,本实验室从魔芋软腐病出发,分离筛选出一株对其具有强拮抗作用的菌株16-4,并测定了其抑菌活性.经过形态观察、显微鉴定和分子鉴定确定该菌株是一株苏云金芽孢杆菌.拮抗实验结果表明16-4对魔芋软腐病具有很强的拮抗能力,平板对峙法显示该菌株对魔芋软腐病的抑菌圈达到75.4mm,魔芋块的实验说明16-4菌悬液与病原液3∶1的比例加入能很好地控制魔芋软腐病的发作,模拟田间管理的植株实验,当16-4菌悬液是病原液的3倍时就可达到较理想的防治效果.所有实验结果为魔芋软腐病的生物防治奠定了良好的基础.
        The soft rot of konjac has seriously affected the growth of konjac.From the soft rot of konjac,this laboratory has isolated and screened a strain of 16-4 that has strong antagonistic effect on it and tested its antibacterial activity.The strain was identified by morphological observation,microscopic identification and molecular identification to determine the strain is a bacillus thuringiensis.Antagonism to the experimental results show that that 16-4 had a strong antagonistic ability against soft rot of konjac,and the plate confrontation method showed that the antibacterial circle of the strain against soft rot of konjac reached 75.4 mm;the experiment of Konjac block shows that 16-4 bacteria suspension concentrate 3∶1 ratio to join with illness can be very good control of the outbreak of soft rot of konjac.Plant experiments simulating field management showed that an ideal control effect could be achieved when 16-4 bacterial suspension was 3 times of the pathogen solution.All experimental results for the biological control konjac soft rot,laid a good foundation.
