摘要
为何首乌高产优质栽培提供理论依据,以何首乌为研究材料,采用单因素试验研究大田条件下3种矮化剂(多效唑、烯效唑和矮壮素)对何首乌叶片光合日变化的影响。结果表明:3种矮化剂处理何首乌叶片的净光合速率均成双峰曲线,光合"午休"现象出现在11:00左右,峰值出现在9:00和13:00,喷施烯效唑何首乌叶片净光合速率均最大;喷施烯效唑和矮壮素何首乌叶片的蒸腾速率日变化与净光合速率日变化趋势一致,呈双峰曲线;喷施多效唑何首乌叶片的蒸腾速率日变化呈单峰曲线,峰值出现在15:00。3种处理何首乌的光合有效辐射均呈单峰曲线;气孔导度总体均呈下降趋势,其中,喷施烯效唑的处理降幅最大,为98.9%;胞间CO2浓度变化趋势基本相似,三者间无明显差异。
        To provide theoretical basis for high yield and high quality cultivation of Polygonum multiflorum,the effects of three different dwarfing agents(paclobutrazol,uniconazole and chlormequat)on the diurnal variation of photosynthesis in leaves of P.multiflorum were studied through single factor experiment in the field.Results:The net photosynthetic rate of the three treatments showed a bimodal curve.The photosynthetic midday depression appeared at about 11:00,and the peak appeared at 9:00 and13:00.Leaf net photosynthetic rate of P.multiflorum sprayed with uniconazole is the maximum.The diurnal variation of transpiration rate in leaves sprayed with uniconazole and chlormequat was consistent with the diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate and showed a double-peak curve,the diurnal variation of transpiration rate of leaves sprayed with paclobutrazol showed a single peak curve and the peak appeared at 15:00.The photosynthetic active radiation of three treatments of P.multiflorumshowed a single peak curve.The stomatal conductance of the three treatments showed an overall downward trend,and the treatment with uniconazole had the largest decrease,a 98.9%decreasing amplitude.The change trend of Ci in the three treatments was similar,no significant difference observed among the three treatments.
