摘要
针对煤矿井下防爆无轨胶轮车的设计及使用环境,分析了其火灾特点与主要成因,并从火灾发生的三要素(助燃剂、可燃物、引火源)出发,得出了无轨胶轮车表面的油污煤泥积聚、布置混乱的胶管电缆是火灾的主要可燃物,发动机舱意外高温、电缆磨损短路是主要引火源。并从防爆无轨胶轮车的设计制造、检修维护、管理使用等几个方面提出了预防火灾的对策,重点介绍了3种不同工作原理的车载自动灭火系统,对比了其各自的优缺点和对煤矿用防爆无轨车辆的适用性。
        Aiming at the design and service environment of explosion-proof trackless rubber-tyred vehicle in underground coal mine, the fire characteristics and main causes are analyzed. Starting from the three elements of fire(combustion improver,combustibles and ignition sources), it is concluded that the accumulation of oil and coal slime on the surface of trackless rubbertyred vehicles and the disorganized rubber pipe cables are the main combustibles in the fire, and the accidental high temperature in the engine room and the cable wear and short circuit are the main ignition sources. Fire prevention countermeasures are proposed from several aspects of explosion-proof trackless rubber-tyred vehicle design and manufacture, maintenance, management and use. This paper mainly introduces three kinds of vehicle-mounted automatic fire extinguishing systems with different working principles, and compares their advantages and disadvantages as well as their applicability to explosion-proof trackless vehicles for coal mine.
