摘要
携纱器是三维织机织边机构中的核心部件,起到存储纱线、控制纱线张紧力的作用。设计出一种具有双涡卷弹簧、双线圈储纱装置的携纱器,配合梭形结构,在保证体积小巧的同时,极大地增加了携纱器的纱线张紧力与储纱量。携纱器的纱线穿梭路径采用上下环形绕线与中部穿梭固定环相结合的穿线模式,可以减少纱线与纱线筒之间的摩擦力。同时,下路固定环的加入,有效地减少了纱线的自缠绕问题。
The yarn carrier is the key core components in three-dimensional loom selvage institutions playing the role of storing yarn and controlling yarn tension.A kind of yarn carrier is designed with double turbination spring,double coil yarn storage devices and shuttle-shaped profiles.It has smart volume,and significantly increased the yarn tension and yarn storage.With a designed threading model with the combination of up-down ring winding and middle winding fixed ring,it can reduce the friction between the yarn and the yarn cone.At the same time,the addition of under fixed ring road can effectively reduce the winding of the yarn.
